If you do not yet have an account and you are a resident of Durham Region, you can submit the form below and receive your login credentials by return email.

There's no cost for Durham Region residents

If you are a Durham Region resident you can have up to 4 phone or video consultations with a trained Home Energy Coach at no cost. Our Coaches offer independent advice and address any questions you may have about the complexities of your home energy renovation project, and the available financial help and incentives for Durham residents. They are not affiliated with any product manufacturer or installation service provider. Get started with a Home Energy Coach by filling out the registration form below.

Note: After your initial free consultation and following the completion of an EnerGuide Home Energy Evaluation you may then schedule at no-cost to you, 3 more phone or video consultations, of up to 45 minutes each (for a total of 4, no-cost consultations).

Get started:

  1. Fill out and submit the following registration form
  2. You will receive an e-mail with your invitation to the user portal
  3. Click on the link in the email, and press register to confirm your invitation
  4. You will be taken to the Sign in page where you can sign-in through Microsoft, Google, Facebook, or by entering your e-mail and a password
  5. Click on the Book an Appointment with my Coach to self-schedule your first consultation with an energy coach
